The following are terms of a legal agreement ("Agreement") between you and Triathlon AB ("Triathlon", “Triathlon Group” or “We”). By accessing, browsing and/or using this web site ("Site") you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”) and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Site.
The Site may contain other proprietary notices and copyright information, the terms of which must be observed and followed. Information on the Site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Please read this Agreement carefully and be aware that Traithlon may, in its sole discretion and without notice, revise these terms at any time by updating this posting.
Copyrights and use of Site content
The Site and all the information it contains, or may in the future contain (collectively, the “Content”), is the property of Triathlon and is protected from unauthorized copying by Swedish intellectual property law. Certain of the trademarks and logos displayed on the site may be owned by third parties. None of the content of the Site may be used or reproduced without the prior written permission of Triathlon or a third party material owner.
Triathlon encourages and permits links to Content on the Site. However, Triathlon does not grant any license or other permission for links or other use of the Site or its Content if such use or link:
a) suggests that Triathlon promotes or endorses any third party’s causes, ideas, political campaigns, web sites, products, services etc.
b) copies, displays or otherwise uses the Content without Triathlon’s written consent
c) uses the Content for commercial purposes
Given your full compliance with these Terms, Triathlon hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and download, display, and print one copy of the content and functionality displayed on the Site on any single computer solely for your internal use, provided that you do not modify the Content in any way and that you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices displayed on the Site. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, post, or disclose any Content from the Site without Triathlon's prior written consent.
Triathlon shall own and have the unrestricted right to use, publish, and otherwise exploit any and all information that you post or otherwise publish on the Site. You hereby waive any claims against Triathlon for any alleged or actual infringements of any rights of privacy or publicity, moral rights, or rights of attribution in connection with Triathlon's use and publication of such submissions.
As a user of the Site, you are not allowed to post or otherwise publish on the Site any materials that:
a) are threatening, libelous, defamatory, or obscene
b) would constitute, or that encourage conduct that would constitute, a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate law
c) infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third parties
d) contain a computer virus or any other destructive element
e) contain advertising
f) constitute or contain false or misleading statements
Triathlon does not and cannot review all information posted to the Site by users and is not responsible for such information. However, Triathlon reserves the right to refuse to post and the right to remove any information, in whole or in part, for any reason or for no reason.
The content and the functionality on the site is provided with the understanding that Triathlon is not herein engaged in rendering professional advice and services to you.
All content and functionality on the site is provided “AS IS”, without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. Triathlon and its third-party content providers make no warranties, express or implied, as to the ownership, accuracy or adequacy of the site content. Triathlon shall have no liability or responsibility for any information published on linked web sites or provided by third parties.
Under no circumstances shall Triathlon nor any third party content provider nor their respective predecessors, successors, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, past or present officers, directors, shareholders, investors, employees, agents, representatives attorneys, licensors or information providers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the site, even if such party has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Any legal action of proceeding relating to the site shall be governed by Swedish law.
